Technical Skills Required:

• 5+ years of PHP, Odoo, Python development experience.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks, Odoo ERP and CRM and workflow management modules, Python Programming(Django framework).
• Expertise in HTML, CSS and in any of Bootstrap, LESS, jQuery, Backbone JS or AngularJS.
• Expertise in responsive websites and multi device delivery.
• Sound knowledge of Workflow management and business process management.
• Sound knowledge of databases such as Postgre SQL, SQL, should be able to develop and structure databases.
• Exposure to AWS, GoogleCloud, MicrosoftAzure or SoftLayer

  Role And Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior developers in their work and take up training sessions to sharpen junior team members’ skills.
• Lead and Develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide code-level guidance and guide DIVERSE development teams.
• Handle & keep track of multiple projects with cross functional teams and business processes.
• Ensure coordination and effectiveness of all components and activities.
• Monitor initiation of technologies & maximize timely development.
• Head problem solving initiatives and resolve complex issues.
• Implement architecture level quality control reviews.
• Organize load testing standards to troubleshoot performance problems.
• Create prototypes and working examples to drive solutions.
• Undertake frequent re-factoring and sanity maintenance of developed codes.

Keyskills: Odoo, PHP, Python, XML, postgreSQL, Web development, Linux/Unix, Project Management, Configurations with third party tools, Customisation of modules.
